What’s the impact?
During this window, Rasayel services will undergo critical database maintenance. Incoming messages will be delayed until the upgrade is completed. No messages are expected to be lost. This maintenance will impact our Public API, mobile and web applications. You may notice degraded performance across our services.
Why are we doing this? We occasionally need to perform upgrades on our database to ensure our systems run smoothly. These upgrades will help us avail of new technology that will help to improve database stability, speed and security.
